Tip for a kickover

when you do a kickover you start in bridge then with your legs you could put them on a higher level like a couch (still in a bridge shape with your legs suspended) so that when you kickover you dont have to put so much force into it. When your ok with that put your legs on a lower level keep doing this until you get it. Another thing to try is to instead of putting your legs on a couch you could put them on a spring board
